The Scrum Master is responsible for executing a workstream/s in collaboration with the PMO, Competency Centers, IT and our Vendor Partners using the defined program Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) Framework which is Agile based. The Scrum Master will work hands-on daily with the Scrum Team to keep the iteration delivery on-time and with the expected functionality.

Qualifications:
• 8+ Years of Project Delivery Experience; At Least 3 Years Agile Experience Required
• Deep knowledge of end to end project Agile practices, methodologies and tools
• 3+ Years of Healthcare Industry Experience Highly Required
• Excellent communication & facilitation skills – both verbal and written
• Excellent Team Building & Empowerment Skills
• SharePoint User-Experience Preferred
• Personal Workload Management, Initiation Skills and Results Oriented

Positions Requirements:
• Understand & utilize the Program SDLC Framework, including templates, tools & processes.
• Provide input to program documentation, including program presentations and templates.
• Conduct workstream Kickoff meeting & ensure all scrum team members are onboarded; Complete a workstream training & communication plan.
• Report workstream status weekly to the PMO & the workstream stakeholders. Publish the reports on the program SharePoint site.
• Proactively drive development of the workstream sprint definition & backlog & align with the overall program Sprint Iteration Plan.
• Actively Participate in weekly program Scrum Master meetings with the PMO.
• Ensure quality controls over the sprint iterations are completed, including tracking metrics, reporting issues & risks, seeking document approvals & completing required quality reviews.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, assign tasks, complete complexity estimates, resolve issues, etc…
• Provide a resource/staffing plan with a 3 month horizon with input from the Competency Centers and including required skills, allocations, start dates, etc…
• Detect hidden problems and strive to resolve them; Capture & resolve appropriately on the Program level IRAAD (Issues, Risks, Actions, Assumptions & Decisions).
• Act as key workstream point of contact for the program.
• Enable & Empower the Scrum Team.
